Rental Policies at Town & Country Party Rentals
Rental period
Party items are rented on an "event" basis.
NOTE: RENT CHARGED FOR ALL TIME OUT. For you to get the best value for your money, return all items on or before the agreed return date and time on your rental contract.
Identification
A valid driver’s license and 2 working phone numbers are required for ALL rentals.
Payment
Payment is required when order is picked up or reservation is made (excluding open account customers). A reservation must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the time of pickup. We accept Visa and Master Card, cash, check, or debit card with Visa or Master Card emblem. When paying with cash, check or debit card, a valid credit card is needed for pre-authorization; otherwise, a cash deposit is required. Deposits vary per item.
Deposit
Some, not all, rental items require a deposit. A deposit is required in the form of valid credit card, check, or cash deposit. If deposit is paid with a check, it will be returned no earlier than 21 days after the date the check was written.
Damages
The renter is responsible for any damage caused by abuse, theft, burglary, misuse, loss, intentional or unintentional damages or damage incurred during transportation of the rented item(s).
Availability/Reservations
Please call for item availability. Reservations are welcome and suggested to secure rentals. We take payment at the time of reservation (excluding open account customers). A cancellation fee may be charged on all cancellations of reservations.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change. Please call or submit an online request for price quotes. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not. If equipment does not function properly notify Town & Country Party Rentals immediately. No credits or adjustment will be made unless we are notified as soon as the problem is encountered. Town & Country Party Rentals is not responsible for operator errors or unsuitable conditions at site.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates on all equipment, including inflatables. Please call for the charge to your specific location.
Cleaning Fees
Equipment is sent out clean and is to be returned clean. A cleaning charge will be added if equipment is returned dirty.
RENTAL CANCELLATIONS, FOR ANY REASON (INCLUDING WEATHER): T&C will make a full refund on rental items (excluding tents) if the RENTER’S representative is notified by phone or email 72 hours prior to the agreed delivery date and time. There will be a 25% restocking fee for orders cancelled 48 to 71 hours prior to delivery date and time. 50% restocking fee for orders cancelled 24 to 47 hours prior to delivery date and time. The RENTER will not receive a refund if the order is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the delivery date and time.
TENT CANCELLATIONS: T&C will make a full refund on the tent if the RENTER’S representative is notified by phone or email 72 hours prior to the agreed delivery date. There will be a 50% restocking fee for tents cancelled 48 to 71 hours prior to delivery date and time. There is a 75% restocking fee for tents cancelled 24 to 47 hours prior to delivery date and time. The RENTER will not receive a refund if the tent is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the delivery date and time.
SHIPPING: Town & Country does not ship rentals or goods to customers. Customers will either Will Call their rentals, or we will deliver the rentals. Shipping is not offered to the customers.
Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
